Prime Bay is a focused platform run by principals who have built industrial across Texas for decades and understand what tenants, capital, and municipalities actually need.

We are focused on a 5–7 year platform-building opportunity: developing practical small-bay and service industrial product where demand is real and modern supply is short.

We run an AI-driven process across site selection, underwriting, design, and marketing. That lets a small, senior team move with the speed and reach of a much larger one, and it keeps us building for where tenant requirements are heading, not where they have been.

  • Executive Vice President, Logistics Property Company, directing development offices in Dallas, Houston, and Monterrey.
  • Previously Development Partner at Trammell Crow Company and Director of Business Development at Clayco.
  • Led $1.5 billion and 16 million SF of speculative and build-to-suit industrial, for tenants including Nike, Amazon, L'Oréal, and Rockwell Automation.
  • MBA and BBA, Texas Christian University.

  • 40+ years developing industrial, office, and mixed-use real estate across Houston and the Southwest.
  • Senior Vice President, Logistics Property Company, delivering two 90-acre industrial parks totaling 2.5 million SF of distribution and build-to-suit product.
  • Previously Equity Partner at Panattoni Development, Director of Real Estate at Opus West, and Project Manager at Hines.
  • Co-developer of a 3 million SF rail-served distribution park in Baytown and a 225,000 SF cross-dock warehouse in North Houston.
